We negotiate and execute an Option to Lease or an Option to Purchase agreement with a property owner. Every site and landowner are different so we work on a case-by-case situation to meet their specific needs.
Landowners collect payments as we continue through the development phase. ClearPath manages environmental studies, project designs, secures permits, executes agreements, and constructs the project.
Once constructed, the solar farm generates power for 25-45 years. The solar farm is low maintenance and operates rain or shine. ClearPath keeps the grounds landscaped, troubleshoots any problem throughout the project lifecycle, and conducts regular maintenance.
